Steppin’ on Ghana Grounds Refund Policy

At AfriMart International Travel & Tours, we value transparency. Please review our official refund and transfer policy for Steppin’ on Ghana Grounds before completing your purchase.
1. Refund Policy
- 25% of your total payment is non-refundable.
- If you cancel before August 4, 2025 (30 days before the event), you are eligible for a 60% refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
- If you cancel on or after August 4, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures from the event.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
- A 25% deposit is required, if you choose not to pay in full at the time of registration.
- If you select an installment plan, all payments must be completed by August 4, 2025.
- If the final balance is not received by the deadline, your reservation may be canceled without a refund.
3. Ticket Transfers & Name Changes
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
- All transfer requests must be submitted by August 15, 2025.
- A $50 administrative fee applies to all transfers.
4. Event Cancellations & Postponements
- If the event is postponed, you may request a full refund or apply your ticket as a credit toward a future event.
- If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.
5. Travel & Accommodation Refunds
- We do NOT provide flights and you are responsible for handling your flight arrangements.
- If you have purchased the Full Experience Pass, you will receive complimentary travel insurance. Your policy details will be provided within 30 days of completing your payment.
6. Refund Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing an event pass, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
