Cancellation Policy for AfriMart International Travel & Tours

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made 31 days or more before the tour departure date will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the tour departure date will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Cancellation by AfriMart International Travel & Tours:

    • In the unlikely event that AfriMart International Travel & Tours needs to cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund.
    • AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will be notified as early as possible.

    • AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations if necessary. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.
