Tour Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that AfriMart International Travel & Tours must cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund.

AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Customers will be notified as early as possible if a cancellation occurs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Certain services or fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Non-refundable deposits
Third-party services already paid (hotels, transportation, guides, permits, etc.)

AfriMart International Travel & Tours reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries or accommodations when necessary.

Customers will be informed promptly
Comparable or alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible

All event tickets, passes, registrations, and event-based experiences purchased through AfriMart International Travel & Tours are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds will be issued for events under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

If AfriMart International cancels an event, a FULL REFUND will be applied.
